Standard Coupon Terms and Conditions 

Consumer Terms 

1. By applying for this offer, individuals will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions from the Promoter and be bound by them. 

1. Promoter: Tennent’s Caledonian Breweries (UK) Limited. This Promotion is supported by Savi UK whose registered office is at Weldon House, Corby Gate Business Park, Corby, Northants NN17 5JG (Savi UK). Savi issue the vouchers on behalf of the Promotor. 

1. Promotion Period: 03/04/2025 – 05/06/2025. 

1. Restrictions: The offer is only open to residents of England and Wales. Coupon can only be used by those who are aged 18 or over only. Maximum one coupon to be used per person. 

1. Valid Products: The coupon is only redeemable against packs of 4x440ml Menabrea Cans sold at Tesco stores. 

1. The Coupon: 

1. This coupon is for a £1 discount against any pack of 4x440ml Menabrea Can. 

1. Only available for redemption in Tesco stores. 

1. Once the coupon link is activated, the last date to use the coupon is 05/06/2025. 

1. Coupon can only be used within the Promotion Period outlined above. 

1. Only one voucher may be used per product purchased. 

1. May not be used in conjunction with another coupon. 

1. May not be altered, reproduced, sold, transferred, or auctioned. 

1. Retailers may not allow coupons to be redeemed at Self Checkouts without manual intervention from the cashier. 

1. Maximum one voucher per person. 

1. Internet access required to redeem voucher. 

1. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained as a result of or in connection with this promotion (in contract, negligence or otherwise). 

1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside their reasonable control. 

1. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the offer are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of the offer, and the promotion except that the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter. 

1. Data Protection Notice: Any personal data that you supply to Savi UK will be used to administer the offer. Savi UK process information about you in accordance with their privacy policy [https://saviuk.co.uk/privacy-policy] and by registering for the offer, you consent to such processing, and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Retailer (Tesco) Terms 

Promoter will reimburse retailer the face value of coupons which have been redeemed in line with the Consumer Terms and Conditions, 60 days from receipt of a correctly rendered invoice. Payment is subject to the Retailer properly enforcing the Consumer Terms and Conditions. Promoter reserves the right to demand proof of consumer purchase from retailer.
