Those looking for the most authentic Italian experience at the Edinburgh Festival are in for a treat this August, as we will be teaming up with long established restaurateurs Victor and Corina Contini to create a relaxed, outdoor terrace bar eperience at their signature restaurant Contini Ristorante in the heart of George Street. 

Open from 11a.m. to 12a.m. during August the bar offers a bespoke menu of authentic Italian street-style food created by the award winning team at Contini, which will be complimented by both our Bionda and Ambrata lager. Contini have also created a limited edition Menabrea infused gelato to create a taste of la dolce vita this festival season!

Glengoyne Whisky Suppers at Contini Cannonball Restaurant and Bar

From 8th - 12th, 15th - 19th and 22nd - 26th August Contini's Cannonball Restaurant will be hosting Glengoynes Whisky Suppers. Attendees will have the chance to meet a whisky aficionado, learn about the history of whisky and taste two delicious 25ml nips with a sensational two course supper prepared by the award winning team at Cannonball Restaurant. 

La Dolce Vita at Contini Ristorante

On the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th August from 9:15pm until 1am, attendees will be able to enjoy La Dolce Vita at Contini Ristorante. Celebrate all the fun of Italian night life and culture with live music, welcome drinks and a selection of classic Italian antipasti!

The Scottish Cafe Summer Ceilidh

The celidh will feature traditional Scottish ceilidh band, Shenanigans and tickets will include a two course supper and plenty of dancing! The event will take place from 7:30pm on 5th, 10th, 12th, 17th, 19th, 24th and 26th of August.
