Lager

Bionda

This 4.8% ABV pale lager is well balanced between citrus, bitter tones and floral, fruity undertones giving a consistent and refined flavour. It has a complicated malty, hoppy taste with an exceptional head retention due to the quality of our ingredients and maturation process.

Birra, aperitivo, perfetto!
The Italian Serve

When it comes to food and drink, Italians have always had a special way of doing things. Serving Menabrea is no different.

In classic establishments, a birra is usually accompanied with an aperitivo - traditionally a bowl of olives or nuts as something to whet the appetite so you can sit back and savour la birra perfetta.
